Payment
We accept Paypal at the time of purchase. You can make credit card purchases through Paypal even if you don't have an account with them.
We reserve the right to cancel any sale transaction if payment is not received within 36 hours of purchase.
Shipping
We ship using Canada Post or the lowest cost of shipping; if other shipping method is preferred please contact me. We usually ship the same day or next business day after payment is received.
If you are making multiple purchases, please contact us before paying, we would want you to get the best shipping price or we will refund the difference.
International shipping
Please contact us for the exact shipping cost. International customers are responsible for all custom or duty charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to either replace it or refund the cost of product/products for 7 days after you receive it. We want you to enjoy our candles as well as good buying experience with Terra Candles.

Terra Candles design our own silicone candle molds and our products are one of a kind design, if you like to mold your own candles to sell and like our designs, please let us know and we can then maybe custom make silicone molds for you.
